Nova Scotia Pumpkin Regatta

Get ready to gourd out for a day of photography, fun, and some seriously unusual boats!

Join your fellow SPC members on October 10th as we head to Shelburne, Nova Scotia, for the Nova Scotia Pumpkin Regatta — where giant pumpkins leave the garden behind and take to the water!

This is a great opportunity to get out with your camera, practice photographing action, people, colourful characters, and, of course, massive pumpkins floating around in boats. Whether you’re looking to capture the perfect action shot, work on your timing, or simply enjoy a fun day out with fellow photographers, there should be plenty to stem from the experience.

This field trip is open to current Sackville Photography Club members.
