Sackville Photography Club – Meeting May 6th 2026

Join us on May 6 for an evening of macro photography with our very own Marsha Robinson.
Marsha will take us into the small details that often go unnoticed, sharing her approach to seeing, composing, and photographing the world up close. From flowers and textures to everyday subjects, she’ll talk about how macro photography encourages patience, observation, and a different way of slowing down with the camera.
The discussion will touch on practical techniques as well as creative choices — including working with light, depth of field, and subject selection — all aimed at helping you get stronger results when shooting close-up.
Whether you’re brand new to macro or already exploring it, this will be an informative and inspiring evening focused on learning, curiosity, and seeing the ordinary in new ways.
All skill levels welcome.
Free for SPC members. Guests welcome with a pass — email membership@sackvillephotoclub.com to request one.
