Field Trip – Ross Farm Museum

Join us for a photography field trip to Ross Farm during Blacksmith Weekend, where the glow of the forge and the rhythm of traditional craftsmanship will offer a warm, atmospheric setting for photography. The blacksmith’s hearth provides a rare chance to work with dramatic light, motion, and texture, while the rest of the homestead offers plenty to explore — from animals to historic buildings and daily farm activities.

This outing is a great opportunity to practice storytelling, detail shots, and environmental portraits in a lively but approachable setting.
