DESCRIPTION:Ever looked at your camera and thought\, “I know it can do more… I just don’t know how yet”? \nWe’re excited to announce a Cameras 101 mentoring session for the Sackville Photography Club — designed especially for beginners and those who want to feel more confident using their camera beyond Auto. \nIn this virtual session\, I’ll walk through: \n\n\nWhat all those buttons and dials actually do \n\n\nCore camera settings (without the jargon) \n\n\nHow Auto\, Aperture\, Shutter\, and Manual modes really work \n\n\nHow to start taking creative control at your own pace \n\n\nIt doesn’t matter what brand or type of camera you use — DSLR\, mirrorless\, or even something you’ve had sitting in a bag for years. If it takes photos\, it’s welcome. \nAfter the online session\, we’ll also plan an in-person get-together to put what we learned into practice\, ask questions\, and experiment in a relaxed\, supportive setting. \nThis is a safe space to learn\, ask “basic” questions\, and finally make sense of your camera. \nYou can RSVP at president@sackvillephotoclub.com \nThis mentoring session is open to all current members of the Sackville Photography Club.
